Questions
Before you sit down.
Do you take walk-ins?
When a chair is free, yes — but appointments get priority. Booking ahead is the best way to see your preferred barber.
How early should I arrive?
Five minutes is perfect. If you’re running more than ten minutes late we may need to shorten or move your appointment.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 12 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to someone on the waitlist.
Are the straight-razor blades single-use?
Always. Every shave uses a fresh, single-use blade, and tools are disinfected between every client.
Do you cut longer hair or curly hair?
Yes. Theo specialises in longer lengths and Andre in curly and coily textures — mention it when you book.
Can I book for a wedding party?
We’d love to. Group bookings can be done in the shop before opening or on location. Send us a request with your date and party size.
